We are open  10:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday

Within Australia via Courier or Australia Post

99% of our orders are collected by Australia Post the next business day,  many go out the same day.

Free standard shipping and handling for orders $100 AUD and over.
Flat rate $12 standard shipping and handling for orders under $100 AUD.

Please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery after dispatch. (this will be longer during December due to Christmas delays)

Redelivery:  If the courier has contacted you and you have not arranged redelivery - resulting in the package being Returned to Sender (after 7 days)

We will only resend your parcel a) after it has been returned to us b) after customer has paid the actual redelivery cost (which is likely to be more than $15) Alternately, we will refund you the purchase price of the order - minus our actual delivery costs.

 

Within Australia via Express Post

Express Post up to 5 kg $19

Express post 5kg and above $29

Order before 10 am to allow us to get your parcel in the mail same day.  Else it will be sent out the next day.

Australia Post Express Post is usually overnight delivery once dispatched if within the Express Post area.   

 

We are happy to combine multiple orders and combine shipping, with a $5 processing fee to cover any fees and time spent.

 

Delivery and Delivery Time

shopnxtdoor aims to dispatch orders received before 5:00PM AEST on the next business day.  On non-business days, orders are shipped the following business day.

For overnight deliveries Express Post is available for orders delivered within the Australia Post Express Network only.  The shipping may be longer than overnight for remote & some regional areas. If you are unsure if you are in an Express Post area, click here to check. If you have an urgent delivery please telephone our office on 03 7014 5565 as we will always do our best to expedite your order.

If there are any unforseen delays shopnxtdoor will notify you ASAP and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

If payment is by Direct Bank Credit (Bank Transfer)  your order will be shipped when the funds enter our account.
